RETURNS:
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us. 
Any products that are faulty or defective will be refunded in full.

In the event of an item being purchased in the incorrect size we will happily exchange for the correct fit if it is in stock. If this is not an option - a credit note or refund will be issued to the customer.

Sale items are final, no returns or exchanges. 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

Due to extended COVID-19 restrictions and high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays. Our delivery partner Australia Post is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. 

Standard Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 
Your purchase will be posted to you, within 4 business days via Australia Post or Aramex Couriers.

Express Shipping:
Your purchase will be posted to you via express Australia Post within 3 business days. We have a standard express post rate of $10

We will always let you know if there is ever a hold up on your order.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY:

Your purchase will be dispatched within 5 business days. Your parcel will be posted to you via standard international post and will take 10-14 days to get to you depending on your country. We have a standard post rate to New Zealand of $10 and $20 to all other countries. If you would like a tracking number please contact us.
